Principal Accountabilities:
•
Servicing members within operational and service level guidelines while achieving sales expectations
•
Participate in efforts to achieve and exceed branch performance levels
•
Achieve and exceed individual sales goal
•
Cash handling balancing and accuracy
•
Complies with FKFCU standard operating procedures
•
Attend sales meetings and participate in sales activities to increase sales success
•
Use customer service skills and behaviors to provide exceptional service
Position Requirements:
•
High school graduate or equivalent diploma
•
Experience in PC applications
•
Good verbal and written communications skills
•
People and team oriented
•
Prior sales experience preferred
• Maintains a high degree of flexibility in support of branch needs
•
Must have clean personal credit
