Part-Time Member Resource Specialist

Fort Knox Federal Credit Union is seeking a Part Time Member Resource Specialist. The successful applicant will be responsible for providing exceptional member service and information in response to members’ request received by phone, mail, email and internet. Applicant will actively facilitate awareness of Credit Union products and services by identifying members’ needs and recommending solutions. Specialist will serve membership in a pleasant, professional and efficient manner. Some responsibilities will include but are not limited to initiating and completing loan applications, bank-to-bank wires, mail deposits and payments, internal transfers and Western Union transfers, assist members with loan information such as balances and pay offs. Background in customer service and sales is a plus.

Both personal credit history and background checks will be performed.
